Doors to the apartment units.

I know they have to be labeled 20 minute doors, automatic closing

1. Does it need anything else? smoke gasket, gasket?

2. Does anyone accept non labeled doors???

3. Anything else I am missing?

1. Section 716.5.3.1 requires doors to have smoke and draft control.
2. If the door is not labeled then it is not rated (Section 716.5.7); therefore, to answer your question, no.
3. Provide maneuvering clearances per ANSI A117.1.
