Rated walls between tenants?

I’m designing a one story, 10,000 sf Type 5 sprinklered building for 3 different dental offices. Do the three demising walls separating the three suites and common lobby space have to be rated? Per IBC 708, it desist appear so, but I thought I’d check with you all first.

If sprinkled, I do not foresee a reason that you would need to right off hand. You nearly could go with non-sprinkled (V-B, NS has 9000sf+FI allowable).

That said, with it being a dentist office, be sure to check out Section 422 for ambulatory care. If patients are sedated/knocked-out, then the requirements therein may apply.
