Receptacles and Switches inside Cabinets NEC 312.4

Not where I really want to be
As you can see, although there is an electrical box inside the wall, this is now a noncompliant installation as per NEC 312.4. How many of you require the electrician take off the cover plates for final inspections in situations like this and similar to this?
