Remidies for water in duct ( concrete slab )

any solutions for someone that has water in his ducts that are in a concrete slab ?

i have never run into anything like this , but i know the resident is going to want

me to have a solution . my 1st question to him will to be find out where its comming

from .
 
welcome if you have not been welcomed

contact a Blackmon Mooring or servpro, someone similar in the business and they should be able to deal with the water,

but as someone said where is it coming from??

thanks everybody , he said that he doe's have cracks in the slab & i told him he would have to dig down to find the end of the cracks & patch . he did not sound to intrested in digging (LOL)
