I am trying to find out required for minimum height of nonabsorbent wall finish in shower compartments for non R-3 occupancy.
In residential code it is required to provide nonabsorbent wall finish min. 6' (72") above floor.
I am not able to find similar requirement in California Building Code 2016 or California Plumbing Code 2016.
Additionally if there is requirement, would it apply to fiberglass shower units as well?

Thank you a lot for help.
