what classification of building occupancey would a vo-ag building be? It has welding stations and also flammable product storage but not over the limits. the building has several classrooms and a large shop area. can the shop area be a h2 or an h3

I think I'd call it an E occupancy and then look at section 509 Incidental Uses. Throw that on the wall and see if it sticks.
