I often have short words eliminated from searches, I only recall 2 and 3 letter words disregarded. Today I had a 5 letter word disregarded. It seems that eliminating 5 letter words might be a little too much. Is there a way to conduct a more thorough search? I was searching for "public right of way".

Also, while I am here. Running into lots of problems with the site today. Several times operations have times out, up to 30 seconds for pages to load, several "oops" messages. I have tried to post this several times over the course of the day. Below are some of the messages.

Yes .. yesterday was horribly long - I gave up trying to look at the site because of the lag. This morning it seems to be back it's "peppy" self. It could have been due to rooting out the spammer(s) who posted so much shi .. er .. "stuff". Very thankful for how much Jeff (and the other moderators, too!) works to keep this forum updated and clean!
 
Yep, seems as quick as normal. Maybe just a glitch in the matrix, repaired through the tireless efforts of those with the will and the skill.
 
I had a lot of lag yesterday but it seems to be back to normal today! Typically this site never lags for me, so yesterday was an outlier for sure.
