We recently took a second-floor space for our manufacturing business in an older two-story building. There is one set of stairs up to our space. There is also a freight elevator accessible after going up stairs after the entrance door OR through a delivery ramp. Our space is about 7000 SF. I would like to open to the public for factory tours or even a factory store. Are there requirements about having an accessible elevator to get into our second-floor space? We will have an ADA bathroom in our space, so that's not a worry. Appreciate any guidance.

Not sure how you are getting away with only one stair??

Is this actually in DC?

Additional stair is the #1 problem...then figure out how to accommodate the disabled with an accessible path to the elevator
