Building is IIB, there is a large wall that covered with a synthetic material to resemble a hedge of some sort. The flame spread is listed at 80 and the smoke developed index is listed at 950. Since it does not meet a the requirements of a Class A, B or C covering, it would be prohibited to use, correct?
