Final inspection on self storage buildings. Maneuvering space inside exit doors and internal corridor fire doors do not comply per ICC/ANSI 117.1.

2015 IBC 1105.1.6 Tenant spaces. At least one accessible entrance
shall be provided to each tenant in a facility.
Exception: An accessible entrance is not required to
self-service storage facilities that are not required to be
accessible.

I'm not sure if this means entrances to each tenant spaces (lockers) or the whole building. The section is titled tenant spaces and just mentions tenant spaces but the exception says facilities.

8 Self storage buildings. All required accessible lockers are in one building. Code allows all the accessible lockers in one building. All buildings have access to some exterior lockers and there are some inside lockers that are accessed by corridors inside all of the buildings.

This is about the buildings that don't have accessible storage lockers. I am not sure if the corridors are still required to be accessible.

1. Do the buildings that don't have accessible lockers still need to have an accessible entrance into the corridors from outside?

2. The building has 2 hour walls inside to avoid sprinklers with fire doors in the interior. Do these interior doors between the corridors require to be accessible?
