Server room under exit stairwell

Yes, they had it there for a while but they weren't aware of it that it was there. There IT guy just did it from my understanding. They are now aware of the issue and I told their H&S committee that their IT guy introduce a competent ignition source inside the stairwell. They've also installed an air-conditioner to cool the server room and they've cut a hole in the wall and vented it in the public corridor.
