Service Lateral Through Pool?

What do you do when you try to put a pool in without a permit and discover direct burial triplex from the electric company running through your pool just below the high-voltage lines? You just gotta love this.

Or ask the utility company local plat room for a copy of the easement for the underground wire. Most rear yard easements are only 5 or 10 feet. That wire looks further than 10 feet from the fence (property line) but hard to tell from the pictures
 
Isn't that a service entrance line to a residence? They run tiplex and provide 200 amp service here. It use to be run that way now it's ran in conduit with a pull string. Customer would have to foot the bill for relocating service to residence if its determined to be a residence feed.

Q. would that bedroom window need to be safety glazing after that pool is installed?
