Was there a minimum size for a shower stall built in Ca. in 1956?

Never mind....I found it.

No dimension less than 30" and not less than 900 sq. inches.

No mention of a circle.
 
As I read the requirements for a circle you would have to exceed the 900 sq inches minimum requirement. This would require a minimum 34 inch circle.
