Single occupancy or mixed occupancy?

3 story, R2, separated mixed use:
1st floor = R2 plus accessory occupancies of A3, S1, B (combined <10%).
2nd floor = R2 plus accessory occupancies of S1, B (combined < 10%)
3rd floor = R2 plus accessory occupancies of A2, S1 (combined <10%)

Is this a single occupancy multistory building, or a mixed occupancy multistory building?

So my vote is Mixed occupancy. Section 508 coveres Mixed occupancies, and accessory use (section 508.2) is listed under that section.

Exactly my logic. The way I see, as a 3 story it doesn't matter as it is the same allowable area per story but the code analysis is claiming single occupancy, which made me question my assumptions. It starts to matter after the 3rd story....if I am correct.

It is a multi-occupancy building but is treated as a single occupancy for purposes of allowable area and height.
