Trying to enforce an occupant load on my house, I think it has been exceeded already

Also, trying to figure out if I want to do battle on Black Friday, waiting to see the ads

Also thanking for the blessings!!!!

Having the family out, will enjoy a early dinner with them. The weather is supposed to be nice, maybe get outside and do some target pistol. He has a new one he is itching to try. And, as cda, be thankful for what I have, and that my son is going to be coming home in about seven weeks!

Going over to a friend's house for dinner. She sure knows how to cook turkey....yum! I'm bringing the rolls so, baking in the am.

Happy Thanksgiving to all,

Sue

Cooking Turkey on the Weber in the am. About 25 people over. No it does not exceed the OL. Might get a late afternoon hunt in. Wish me luck nothing seems to be in rut yet. Been in th 50's and raining

Charcoal, start the charcoal ten spread it to the sides, set a pan between the

two to catch the drippings, remove the lid about every hour to add more charcoal through the grill need the handles. Allow about 15 minutes per pound.

Started the day out with a good workout. Too warm to hunt and the EDH disease has really hit the mature deer hard in our region. Had a great day with family and great food and fellowship. Weather taking a crash tonight so out in the woods tomorrow. Loved cooking turkey's on the Webber like MT does it's great. Have a blessed weekend all!

Just got back from having Thanksgiving dinner with the Indians (Native Americans). For the last several years a very good friend of mine has invited me to spend Thanksgiving with her and her family. About 25 people. Very good company and very good food. Life is good. Lots to give thanks for.

Well we started with about 50 that my wife invited! I explained that would be a code violation and she would have to reduce the list. She questioned me " Why A Code violation? "I explained our home would become an A2 Occupancy and we have no Sprinklers. Besides we also don't have enough bath rooms, No ADA requirements have been meet. So the list was cut down to comply to about 20. Besides I didn't know half of the people anyway.

Today it will be cleanup and maybe Turkey soup with those little egg noodle. No fishing today although the temp is good and the Black Pearl is ready, because I supposed to play ice hockey with the grand kids tonight at open hockey. Still can't walk right since last Friday nights outing. Believe me Alive does not work and the old body does not bounce like it use to. I may spend the evening in the penalty box because my hips hurt to much. I was always a frequent flyer there anyway!

Glad my grand kids love hockey and it is nice to see so many old friends and kids I use to coach at the club. Some of the best time of my life have been spent there.

Hope you all enjoy Thanksgiving! God bless and remember our Service Men & Women who provide us with the Freedom we enjoy. And to those who have sacrificed their tomorrows for our today's.

Yeah, that is my biggest plan for today, start on the turkey noodle soup..........hope you all had a great day yesterday, mine was wonderful, got to see lots of family, catch up. good time.

Did the turkey on the Weber just like mtlogcabin does. Outstanding! Only way I do it weather permitting. 60's on Thanksgiving...30's the day after. Gotta love Chi-Town!
