[South FL] Pool House for Above Ground Pool

The Use Regulations in my area (Broward County, FL) allows for pool houses (<350sf; bathroom required; sleeping quarters prohibited). I'm curious if there is any distinction between above-ground and in-ground pools when it comes to pool house permits. While a bit unusual in South Florida, can pool houses be built to service above-ground pools? Or, are they only for in-ground pools?

If they are allowed for above-ground pools, does there actually have to be a pool installed in order to get the pool house signed-off? Or, is it sufficient that there's a place that an above-ground pool _could_ sit on whenever the owner decides to install it?

If an above-ground pool has to be present for sign-off, is there some minimum size requirement? I imagine that a kiddie pool wouldn't be enough but what about a larger inflatable or other temporary above-ground pool? There is a potential for snowbirding at this property and the pool would be stored while away from the property.

Other than the height restriction placed on the primary structure, are there any restrictions on height and/or volume ceilings on pool houses?

I'm sot sure if these are the right sorts of questions for this forum. If not, any pointers to an appropriate source would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Your questions are related to Planning Department regulations. If you post a copy of the exact, published regulations, people here at the forum can put forth opinions however, you should contact the local jurisdiction as only they can provide the firm answers.

Every jurisdiction has its own zoning rules, which tell you what you can put where. This is a question for your municipality. Ask about the rules for accessory structures.
