These workmen are installing cast-iron bollards to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast. They are cleaning up at the end of the day.

Can you spot why they're not going home

Maybe they're spring loaded bollards, that spring towards the street, but not

towards the bldg., or snap-ons!

There are more pictures following this one. The other pictures show them removing the bollards, moving the van and driving away. They did replace the bollards prior to driving away
