These workmen are installing cast-iron bollards to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast. They are cleaning up at the end of the day.

Can you spot why they're not going home

Pretty sure the bollards are bolted to a base. They'll be home in plenty of time.

Maybe they're spring loaded bollards, that spring towards the street, but not

towards the bldg., or snap-ons!

Couple of sharp tacks doing that work. Can't teach common sense.

They are probably in a pipe sleeve and lift out.
