Jim Harper said:Concuctors not phased, lug rated for 1 conductor, need plastic bushing on load side connector and if it's a metal conduit a bonding bushing would be required.
The bottom connector would most likely be a cable clamp and not a conduit connector therefore a bushing is not required.fatboy said:Missing a bushing on the nipple entering the bottom of the box.

E3407.3 (2009 IRC) states that the insulation on Ungrounded conductors shall be a continious color other than white, gray or green. Both ungrounded conductors are black and meet the requirements of this section. There is nothing in E3407.3 that requires the ungrounded conductors to be identifed by phase.Kevin Turner said:NEC Definition of Feeder:All circuit conductors between the service equipment, the sorce of a separatetly derived system, or other power supply source and the final branch-circuit overcurrent device. With that definition of Feeder, would not section E3307 apply?
Not a problem, the 2009 says the same thing as the 2003.Kevin Turner said:Sorry Chris, still under the 2003 don't have a 2009
