sprinkler water supply

Greetings all,

I have an inspection for this pm of the underground water supply piping to a new building for the sprinkler systems. My question is, does this u/g portion of the piping get tested the same as the spinkler piping within the building at 200 psi for 2 hours? This section of piping is fire water supply and will be in between the water meter and the backflow preventer installed within the bldg. NFPA 13 system.

Yes and a minute amount of leakage is allowed

Check the thirst blocks and I witness the flush also
