Sticky buttons for top of page when scrolling through threads.

Any chance of revising the site so that when we scroll through the threads, the buttons; Home: Forum: Blogs: What's New? could be fixed or sticky at the top of the screen?

This would especially save a lot of backward scrolling to push the what's new button when participating in a very active thread with multiple posters.
