two doors in series - turning space required?

in the pdf link below does the space between the door from the kitchen & the double exit doors have to have a turning space per ANSI A117.1-2003?

I thought because the space between the doors is NOT enclosed on ALL four sides that the turning space is NOT required....

Turning space isn't required as long as somebody can go down the hallway and through either door.
