You told them up front, told them again and still they want relief. Tell them about Las Vegas and the Mandalay Bay ruling!
 
If this is enforced/enforcable then all ADA laws need to be repealed and we need to start over with ADA requirements. It is no wonder that organizations such as NAHB aggressively fight new requirements when we see how a good intentioned effort to help the disabled morphs into this current mess. I am weary of the constant whining by those with an exaggerated sense of entitlement because the hand they were dealt sucks. If the room has the minimum features that are required for ADA use then the configuration of the other rooms is irrelevant.
