Vestibule Requirement

I'm doing a dentist office build-out The entire space is >3000 sf which requires a vestibule.
I'm trying not to do a vestibule. There is a place in the plan where if I put a door in a hallway if would divide the entire space in 1/2.

Would this be within the intent of the code?

Your question threw me a curve because you posted it under "Commercial Building Codes" instead of under "Commercial Energy Codes," and I thought, "There are no requirements in the IBC regarding vestibules based on space size." Because I work primarily in Climate Zone 2, I never thought about the energy code.
