We need a hot topic thread

A thread on effective mediating techniques between BO & RDP code interpretations might be more helpful.
You mean a thread on how to deal with brudgers, don't ya.

I wouldn't say that entirely, although brudgers does offer an uncommon perspective every now and then, and usually his positions (once that is clear and not simply negative) require you to make a sincere and fully researched response, which can be frustrating at times (when I am either being lazy or short on time), but for which I am thankful for at other times.

Yep that says it all and I am happy to be on this forum with people like him, you, and many others.

Ditto. Now, to keep this thread on topic, what other hot topics can we come up with? I was hoping service sinks would be a hotter button that it is, but it isn't, and I think a few of the recent topics have taken their toll on a few active members.

My short list:

1) Minimum submittal requirements for tenant finishes B/M/A2/A3 occupancies (fine line between too much & too little information). I face this every day.

2) Anything in Chapter 34.

3) Uplift load path from foundation to top-plate.

4) Basement bars/kitchenettes without 20 amp outlet circuit.
