What is the average price per square foot for a residential foundation?

    Soils conditions? Weight of structure above? Depth and width of the foundation? Is it raised above the flood plane? Slab on grade? Number and size of rebars in the footing?

    I think the answer is whatever the contractor can talk a person into.

    A regular foundation would not be allowed. Must be built per the the Mobile Home installment instructions which usually requires piers and tie downs.
