When Being Proactive Works Against You

Two thoughts: Looking at the aerial view, the tree was within a foot or two of the house on 3 sides. Who in their right mind would have allowed it to grow that large in that position.

The reporter said the crane company’s insurance had lapsed. If I was having a crane of that size on my property, handling a tree that size, i would have asked for a copy of the coi and permit up front.

I think they built an addition around the tree.
