Whether to provide fireblocking or not

Well Ben.......I believe what our friend from NY was trying to point out, is that you can point out that part of an OP was missed in a reply, without the scoolyard taunts.

Even before I had a chance to read John's reply, I was wondering why you had to fire back such a cuastic reply. For no other reason than maintaining some proffesionalism.

BTW, I did appreciate your comment about combustable sheathing, that would change my original reply. I also made the assumption of gyp wall board.
