Which One of You Guys Approved This Deck

This is the house that I grew up in. Located in Rochelle Illinois. It has a rock foundation that is three to four feet thick. I had to drill through it with a star drill for refrigerant lines. The rocks are larger and laid in a regular fashion… as opposed to the random, tossed from a few feet away look in the pictures.
