I will go with lack of thereof. Nice to see this newly constructed house had a C of O on it in an undisclosed municipality in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Probably under the sheetrock where it belongs in a cool climate.

The real question is where is the building paper (WRB)?

Hope this is in an arid climate... no flashing or WRB... and with vertical mulch it is a trifecta.

I'm in the same county. They have 5 3rd parties inspection companies working the same municipality where I am at. Mostly inspecting warehouses here.
