1/2 hour rated floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling using i-joists

Has anyone found, or can direct me to, a 1/2 hour rated floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling assemblies using I-Joists? I would prefer a generic listing but a specific joist manufacturer would be great also.

why do yo need the rating? is the a SFH over a basement that requires protection?

If so or find one, more than likely easiest way to go. Plus not much more materials involved.

One hour floor/ceiling assemblies are abundant, but most require 2 layers of gyp. bd. on r/c or hat channels. One would think you could delete 1 layer of GB for a 1/2 hour rating but I can't find any documentation for back-up. Deleting that 1 layer of GB on a 3 story apartment building could save quite a bit of money ("affordable housing" project).

I see, ask the gypsum manufactures for a 1/2 hour rated assembly, ask for a variance, use a 1 hour rated assembly.
