    Fire separation required between B and exterior court with Assembly areas (seating areas and pool with deck)?

    Probably over thinking this… but I am working on a hotel clubhouse (detached from the dwelling units) with B occupancy use for conference rooms and offices, wrapping around 2 courtyards containing assembly seating areas in the middle, and the second court containing a large fenced in exterior...

    Storage Rooms

    So as far as I can ascertain '3.3.4.3. storage rooms' refers only to storage rooms in a residential occupancy, 3.3.2.16. covers storage rooms in an assembly occupancy so if the storage room does not contain flammable liquids and/or combustible liquids no rating is required in an assembly...
