Hello,

I have a situation where the outside air is getting sucked back in through closed dampers.

The exhaust and outside air dampers are controlled by the same signal and the return air damper is controlled inversely to them.

The return fan is controlled by CFM offset method.

There is a building static pressure sensor that controls the relief damper

Not sure where to even start to troubleshoot. Any tips will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Hoons

Hoons,

If it were my system, I would call the contractor that installed it

and request an analysis of what is going on first [ if they are still

in business ].

It they are NOT still in business, or do not wish to comply with

your request, ...then find another competent contractor who is

experienced with your type of system; possibly even more than

one contractor, and request a service call.

Then go from there...

...or, are you the Service Tech trying to diagnose ?
