Has anyone ever done one? I might be getting one and supposedly they do everything from make the bottles to purify the water to bottle and ship.....I have a pre-pre-preconstruction meeting with them on the 27th....My main unknown concern is the bottle making process. 300,000+ sqft building.

Bottle making process should be F-1 assuming they are getting shipments of the PET beads and then melting them to blow the bottles.

Yep, I am assuming F1 S1 B mixed use non separated....Unlimited area single story IIB construction....I don't know what they will have for me for info, but I want to bring up as many concerns as I can early to minimize plan review issues...They are saying they have a really aggresive timeline (Like they want to be in this year, and they have no approvals of any type so far...)

Yes Sir......Certainly going to ask for all of their plastic info, (type, amount, how stored, and the process)
NO Tech Report as in FPE reviews the entire business and makes recommendations, such as commodity type, storage there of, fire sprinkler desing, chemical storage needs ETC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

State law requires FPE design....I require it to be complete or thorough...
I was kind of thinking an overview/detailed review of the project.

If you want to use thier FPE or require an approved third party. Not just design but details of all processes, storage, chemicals and code anyalsis how to protect the place.

I have done a couple of bottle manufacturers here. Generally F1, S1, B. Unless they are making the beads then a whole different story.
