Colorado State Electrical Board adopts the newest NEC by August first of the publication date. Home rule jurisdictions must adopt that code within one year of the State's adoption.Well then, when you post 2023 code people will be confused. The average civilian sees 2023 and thinks that it is the current code. Not to mention that Florida is way behind.
