This is a multifamily building in NYS. I was told that our tankless HWH could not be in the same closet as a stacked washer/gas dryer. I can't seem to find anything about this? Maybe NFPA? Anyone know if this is true?
I'll guess gas hwh, since dryer is, and not electric? I wonder if there is a make-up or exhaust/venting issue. Based on this google find, I'd read every line of the dryer install manual.
