Hi Folks,
I've got a customer who just purchased a new commercial condominium the building is only one year old and was built an approved by the city for accessibility compliance. Now I'm trying to get a permit to perform the tenant buildout, it's a ground floor space and the city is requiring me to spend 20% of my budget on improving accessibility.
There is literally nothing that needs improving. How would you handle this one?
