Does it matter what state you are in based in federal law?In this state, that would be considered a public swimming pool and a chair lift or sloped entry would be required.
All of the units are required to be Type B units.If the building would be required to have A/B units installed I would think the pool or other exterior features would be required to be accessible. So I'm going with yes
