Anybody have experience with these types of roofing systems?

We have a proposal for reroofing a municipal Emergency Services building, and documentation of the system is sparse. I haven't been able to locate an ICC-ES report either. Any help would be repaid "in-kind"!

You wouldn't happen to be referring to Temp-Coat 101?

http://www.tempcoat.com/temp-coat-products/temp-coat-101/prod_2.html

I have a client who is proposing this coating to provide the weather protection to a blast resistant factory assembled structure.

I don't specify a specific product; my specification is somewhat performance-based. I require a Class A covering (the community college district requires an FM 1A-90, which requires a Class A roof covering) and foam that complies with ASTM C 1029 having a minimum density of 3 pcf per ASTM D 1622.

I specify acrylic coatings, but others are available, such as urethane, silicone, and a variety of cementitious coatings. The community college district requires mineral granules be applied to the wet coating and allowed to cure; then another acrylic coating is applied to lock in the granules.

Thank you.
