Woah, what is that rise and run? 6" and 15" or something like that?

I think I remember a Tom Silva rule-of-thumb was two risers and one tread should equal 27-28 inches. Something like that anyways. Shorter risers need longer treads to still feel comfortable to walk on.

Let's see what the electrician does with the separation wall, blue plastic boxes I suspect will be installed and maybe the need for box extensions? Keep us posted!

Good catch, I didn't look at the zooms....And the Techno Metal posts are no good if they are >6" out of the ground unless you have specific engineering....That is IF you allow them at all without specific engineering...
 
Yes we,recognized the incorrect splice location, also not supported joints between beam sections.

This project is a real kerfuffle, unlicensed contractor threw application to homeowners to pull, told homeowners everything was all set. we requested additional information, when following up at 30 days found out deck was constructed. Tell msy staff we said it was "all set" 2 words we never use.

Told my staff he was a buddy of mine (I have no buddies), an I would be OK with the submittal as is, not true. And on it goes
