That is a heck of a bow. think that small of a slab will press it back out? and the pipe is against the form. I understand putting it in a wall but it should be fully incased. the others at least have some air space for the concrete to encase them.Forms bow in so the pressure of the wet concrete will straighten them out.
Looks like that drain is coming up in the middle of an outside wall. How else would you do it?
I carry a 6" digital level and a regular 4' level in the car. I can put the 6" on top of the 4' if needed. The 6" was cheaper and already had the 4' .The 6" can fit in my pocket and only get the 4' out when I need to be more precise.
