    Exceptions for columns in exit passageways?

    402.8.6 Tells me my minimum corridor width shall be 5'-6", our client wants to wrap around the column on the corridor side. I thought there was an exception where if a choke point is less than 2' it would be allowed, anyone ever see that? I looked in 1024 also but could not find any exceptions...

    Are you allowed a parking "credit" for adding an EVC station? - California

    For example, if I am required to have 100 spaces on my site and install 4 EVCS spaces, I would be allowed to have only 96 spaces on my site. I seem to remember seeing that on the CBC but I can't find it.

    I'm designed a ramp and I'm pretty limited in my space. I designed my ramp based on CBC 11B-406.3.2. I'm told I actually need a 6' width for my ramp based on 11B-705.1.2.2.2, single entrance/exit point. 406 says I'm good 705 says I'm not, which is it?
